At ZEISS India, we believe in fostering a culture of open communication and continuous learning.    Today, we had the pleasure of hosting an informal chat for some of our recent hires. They were joined by our Managing Director - Miguel Gonzalez and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) - Santana Ramakrishnan as part of the 'Cafe Conversation with Leaders Program'. This program serves as a platform for our employees to connect with our leadership, exchange ideas, and gain valuable insights into our organization.   During today's session, our #teamZEISS members had the opportunity to ask questions, seek guidance, and share their perspectives on various topics related to their roles and the industry. It was truly an enriching experience, as our leaders provided valuable advice and actionable takeaways to help our new employees navigate their careers at ZEISS India.   The 'Cafe Conversation with Leaders Program' is just one of the many initiatives we have in place to support and empower our employees. We believe that by creating an environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and motivated, we can unlock the full potential of our team and drive exceptional results.   To our new employees, we want to express our warmest welcome once again.
