We are always impressed seeing where hot tubs are placed. This hot tub was placed on top of a 3 story home that had an incredible view of the ocean and had a very long, very loved life. Unfortunately when it stopped working and the homeowner needed to move, we were called to haul it away. During typical spa removals, one of two things happen: we are able to get the tub up and are able to dolly it out, or we have to cut it into smaller pieces. What made this interesting is that we could do neither. Sow did we get it out? By craning it up and over and into the trailer! Demolishing a metal shed takes power tools and will. Demolishing a well built dry walled shed with a shingled roof is an art. We start in sections, taking out the dry wall, then remove the roof in sections. Once the most complicated part of the removal is completed, the walls are quick to take down. After clean up, our wonderful customer gets to enjoy their new space to build something new! Mondays are important maintenance days for our team! Because of the nature of our work, we put a lot of wear and tear on our equipment. The end of the month is the busiest part of the month for us. This is because the end of the month is the most common time for people to be moving- both residential and commercial! Sometimes our customers feel stressed as they try to not only coordinate their move, but also feeling unsure of what to do with all of the items that don't make that cut.
