CFO & Co-founder @ CROW Bicycles | Strategic Transformation, Planning, Corporate Finance

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 & 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 Completing a year at CROW Bicycles filled with experiences, learning, new connections, satisfaction for the steps taken, and self-demand to continue progressing in this just-begun 2024. To progress further and achieve our goals, we must depend on 4️⃣ key pillars 1️⃣ 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Understood as 'showing the way forward,' at Crow, we hold strong convictions about the near future for bicycle brands and cyclists. It should and will be much closer, granting significantly greater empowerment to cyclists to decide the specifications of their bicycles. It will be grounded in direct engagement, enabling them to actively participate in the co-creation of bicycles. 2️⃣ 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: If there's one thing that sets the bicycle market apart, it's its high level of atomization and the presence of numerous competitors. However, in a situation as uncertain as that of 2023 and 2024, marked by imbalances we foresaw some time ago between supply and demand, some of the major players will cease to be significant, certain medium-sized ones will disappear, and many small enterprises won't survive. Only those prepared for change, constantly adapting, and possessing substantial resilience will not only manage to survive but also thrive. 3️⃣ 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀: The third pillar should always be to maintain focus. If there's one thing I've learned throughout my years of professional experience, it's that choosing is renouncing. And to do so, it's essential to know what you want to focus on—whether it's hunting mice or gazelles—and, once decided, to take action, maintain focus, analyze, refocus if necessary, decide again, and act once more. 4️⃣ 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: If there's something marvelous about human beings, it's their capacity for learning. Never, never, never should we take for granted that things are and will be as they are. They are always in motion, constantly changing, and thus, we must keep our minds free from biases and conclusions about how things are, to continue learning how they change and transform. 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣4️⃣ 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀: #DACH markets #USA #CANADA #CROWTechNetwork #Marketing #Communication #Funding #Growth #Team #NewModels #CoCreation #Innovation #DEMO #Events #B2B #LocalProduction #MadeInEurope #AiTools #CustomerCentricity #Configurator #RnD your two cents? What do you miss in these pillars?
