Why increasing TRUST we make organizations safer ? During the implementation phase of our Schindler Operational Safety program, one of the core actionable items is the enhancement of the TRUST among employees towards the Leadership and vice versa. We are deploying a series of tools to increase Trust on a tangible manner. In this context, we strongly believe that the higher the TRUST levels across the organizations are, the wider capacity for work safely is. Quoting here Prof. Erik Hollnagel, is not about work with SAFETY, but to work SAFELY.
