The Supreme Court of the United States recently clarified the standard for Title VII claims regarding job transfer discrimination. They ruled that employees only need to show "some harm" to their employment terms due to the transfer, rejecting the previous "significant harm" standard. This shift may make it easier for employees to challenge transfers affecting their employment terms.
