Post update 6/19/2024 Spoke with Mike Pedue and want to thank Mike for contacting me. I appreciate Mike's quick response and his dedication to ensuring the safety of RV owners. It's clear that we all have a shared responsibility to prioritize the well-being of our customers. I also want to thank the RV tech who originally brought this issue to light in the RV Technicians Only Group on Facebook. It's heartening to see professionals in the industry working together to address safety concerns. Let's continue to support one another and keep everyone on the road safe. Thank you to everyone involved in resolving this issue. 🙏 #RVIndustrySafety #TeamWork #CustomerSafety #Gratitude During speaking with Mike we discussed a number of topics on how or why this could have happened. Regardless the when, who or how at the end of the day we all care about this industry and the people that purchase the RV’s. Without them we wouldn’t have an industry to work for. Prior to being contacted by Mike, I had reached out to the RV tech that originally posted this and was advised that they would be contacting Forest River to submit for approval to correct this issue. Just wanted to share and thank everyone for there attention and support, let’s all do our best to support one another and keep everyone on the road travel safe. It was my last day to mark on 24th November 2023, with Classic Fire + Life Safety from the position of H&S Co-ordinator at NextStar Project. The victory for H&S professionals is that his crew has freedom of expression and is connected like a family. On top once you were able to send the crew home safe without any Loss Time Injury. 🚗 Recently, I visited a car service center for a quick wash and found myself in a bit of a rush. My car ended up with a new team member, while a more experienced technician was taking a break. Initially concerned about time, I approached the senior technician to expedite the process. What followed was a valuable lesson in perspective. The new team member took his time, meticulously ensuring every detail was covered and validated. On the other hand, the experienced technician, while efficient, occasionally overlooked finer points. This experience shifted my thinking on the importance of learning attitudes versus sheer experience. While experience is undoubtedly valuable, attitude and a willingness to learn are equally crucial. Clients may initially value experience, but they ultimately appreciate individuals who show dedication, thoroughness, and a commitment to continuous improvement. #LearningAttitude #ContinuousImprovement #CustomerService #CareerGrowth
