As part of our 20th anniversary celebrations we wanted to showcase some of our alumni who, over the past 20 years, have all played a part in our journey so far. We are very proud of all our Deallus team - past, present and future.   We are delighted to profile Ines H. who was with Deallus for six years being promoted from Associate to Principal (Partner). Ines says of her time: “What made Deallus special was the entrepreneurial and collegiate spirit that permeated everything we did. The camaraderie and teamwork are what made it a special place to work. I learnt to master the balance between achieving good results for our clients, remaining authentic leadership, and enjoying the process. I also became good at tackling any number of challenges, from facilitating complex meetings to writing legal contracts!” My advice for those starting a career at Deallus is to recognise that the company and teams thrive when every individual contributes their unique strengths. So, actively look for differences in others to help you succeed. Also, it is good to fail sometimes. I had to take a moment to share something close to my heart today. This opportunity has truly transformed my life in ways I never imagined. Nine years ago, I started this journey while juggling a demanding corporate career with a 60-70 hour workweek. It wasn’t always easy—there were plenty of late nights, lunch breaks spent working, and moments when people doubted me. But I kept pushing forward because I believed in the bigger picture—our dreams, our vision, and the future I wanted to create for my family. In 2020, I earned the Mercedes Benz Award, and our team reached the top 2% of the company globally. That was a milestone, but just the beginning of what this opportunity has brought into my life. Because of the hard work and dedication this business has required, I was able to make big career changes—leaving the corporate world to focus more on my family, and discovering a passion for recruitment, which led me to join an incredible firm. Beyond career success, this journey has given me the confidence to grow personally and professionally. It's surrounded me with like-minded, driven individuals who push me to be better every day. And the income? It's been life-changing—I'm a firm believer in having multiple streams of income, and this opportunity has opened doors I never thought possible. The best part?
