Got stopped in my tracks by illness last week- I NEVER take time off, always push on through but not this time. Had some great coaching recently from the wonderful Penny Delve 🤸♀️ who gifted me the phrase “give yourself permission” so I did, to be ill. Sounds negative but it really wasn’t, for once I listened to my body say stop, pause ✋🏻 And I had my beautiful boy Benji 🐾 who stayed close to me whilst I napped, better than medicine. Sometimes I get stuck for words. I type & delete a post more than once. Occasionally I abandon it completely but I only miss a day. Why?
