One of the most exciting parts of my job is getting to help our clients reimagine their office spaces. Amid all the debate about employees heading back to the office, there is a concerted effort by office managers to upgrade their spaces to make them more inviting. I love brainstorming with clients to help them achieve the right balance between inspiration, privacy, distraction, etc. Here's a question for you...in the employee breakroom/ lunch room/ cafe, do you think it's best to reinforce company values, mission, goals?
