I have somewhat cheekily hijacked this graphic from an excellent #leadership post by Jon Alexander (thank you), who in turn purloined it from the late psychologist, Dr Barry Mason from his family therapy work. To me, it shouts as a model that can be perfectly applied to #climatebreakdown and how we can make decisions that either play into the safe spaces, preferably 'safe certainty'; or continue with those, like fossil fuels, which are unequivocally in the 'unsafe uncertain' quadrant as emissions jettison us into irreversible chaos. Whether we consider this model from a leadership or solutions perspective, it allows us to plot all options with clarity. #netzero #decarbonisation #climateaction #climateleadership #energy #leadership #futuregenerations
