#1 Thing to Say To Get People to Respond To Your Outreach Problem Crickets - no responses, Ghosted after a sales call No-shows to your sales calls Why does it matter? Unable to create momentum in your business You aren’t generating revenue, your business and livelihood is at risk You can’t help the people you are meant to serve You aren’t creating a difference in the world & making an impact It’s exhausting and defeating - you can’t continue to keep going down this path How does it show up? You end up selling to people who can “afford” you You make one-off, un profitable offers and sales Lower your prices You add and add to your programs that it is a time/energy suck You begin to resent the clients and the support you offered. (truth) Here’s THE #1 Thing to Say To Get People to Respond To Your Outreach

Taking this week to get my ducks in a row for 2025, solidifying strategies for prospecting, strategizing on ways I can drive the most value to potential clients that have proposals in hand, and setting targets for my origination goals.... but why do that all by myself... after all this is a networking platform isnt it? My non-negotiables are creating time to work out and time blocks in my calendar for prospecting calls. What are your best recommendations for peak performance in 2025?

May seem obvious, but 'Structured Review" Every goal is pursued by the combined impact of the aggregate pieces required to move in the direction of the goal. Assuming that the Goal is set with a due date: Step 1 is to "Define all of the Pieces" - in a sport this may look like: training, diet, rest, flexibility, mentality, etc... Step 2 is to "Define whether the Piece is Leading, Trailing, or Accelerant" - Leading means that this piece moves the needle, but moving the needle has additional effects. Which is where Trailing pieces come in, Tailing pieces are how you keep the system running smooth while increasing the leading pieces. Finally you have 'accelerants', this you can ignore and still do arguably well if you're managing your Leading and Trailing pieces well, but adding them in adds extra fuel to your progress. - using the same analogy: Training is a Leading piece, Flexibility a Trailing, and Mentality is an Accelerant Step 3: is to "Set Regular Review Periods" - these should absolutely be Weekly & Monthly, but depending on your goal additional parameters may also be needed. Personally, I find a daily general review is helpful, and a review after any specific push. Step 4: "Learn and Adapt"
