Feeling grateful today to the Cartwheel team and to our school partners. We recently surveyed more than 1,000 school counselors and staff to get feedback on their experience with some of our new features and processes, and here are a few comments we received: "I have really appreciated how responsive Cartwheel has been to feedback from our school based staff. I also applaud the new online portal - approving referrals and tracking where students are in the process has been so helpful! - Psychologist and Administrator at Acton Boxborough Regional School District in MA "The efficiency and ease of the process and portal and the quality of the therapists have been beyond impressive." - Social worker at Stoneham Public Schools in MA "I appreciate the communication. It is helpful to know the progress/status of the referral. Knowing when a student starts services helps us create a plan of support in the building." - Social worker at Bloomington Public Schools District 87 in Illinois "The referral process is super easy and straightfoward. The platform is user friendly and intuitive and Stacy Swasey has been amazing to work with. She is super responsive and always very helpful. We have received great feedback from our students about the quality of care as well." - Counselor at Millbury Junior/Senior High School in MA "Referral process is super easy, the platform is user friendly and easy to navigate, love seeing the communication details in the platform, outreach to families happens quickly, Cartwheel is very inclusive and thoughtful of client's identity and needs/preferences." - Counselor at Beverly Public Schools in MA "Cartwheel is very responsive and quick with our referrals and their collaboration with me has been really helpful to best support our students." - School-based clinician at Prospect Hill Academy Charter School in MA "All of my students working with Cartwheel are satisfied with their care. Students get matched quickly and receive care within a week or two of referral, which is huge...We have another referral service that takes a bit longer and doesn't seem to have the match rate that Cartwheel has." - Counselor at Methuen Public Schools in MA "The counselors have reached out to me and are really invested in what I have seen in the student, they trust my analysis of the student's needs." - Counselor in MIAMISBURG CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT in Ohio "While we are just starting out with Cartwheel, I have been very impressed with the support we have received and I appreciate the communication with our program manager." - Administrator at Brookville Local Schools in Ohio "I appreciate the responsiveness to my questions; ability to track status; connecting a therapist with my student." - Social worker at North Shore School District 112 in Illinois "Cartwheel is very responsive to our district's needs. This is especially true in their ability to find quality therapists who are multilingual." - Administrator at Salem Public Schools in MA
