In support of Hunger Action Month, Parks Hospitality Group partnered with Rise Against Hunger for our annual Parks Day of Service event on September 28th! Our team members in Cary packed 90 boxes to total 19,440 meals. Across all Parks properties in NC, SC, GA and TN, 67,176 meals were packed! A day full of fun and all for a good cause! Join us in the fight against hunger by exploring a partnership with Rise Against Hunger.

We had such a great time celebrating our housekeeping teams last week! International Housekeeping Week is a great opportunity to show appreciation for the hardworking individuals behind the scenes. Thank you to all the housekeepers for their valuable contributions!

Our GMs and DOS had a wonderful time at the Hilton conference last week in Las Vegas.  It was energizing to meet and reconnect with other Hotel Leaders from across the Americas, and our Parks Hospitality Group peers! The conference theme was “Ignite the Light” reconnecting with and recommitting to Hilton founder’s vision to “fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality.” Through general sessions, breakouts, workshops, and networking hubs, they learned how Hilton is supporting our incredible hotel leaders as we put Hilton back in culture and conversation reminding the world that Hilton is For the Stay. Our Homewood Suites was also recognized for our 2022 Hilton Service Excellence Award!
