Can't wait to share all my AI musings in the one keynote... ...to hundreds of people at Thursday's Development Day for Institute of Managers and Leaders Australia and New Zealand! 😍 Even though AI has been embedded in our lives for years - many managers and leaders are freaking out now that ChatGPT and similar GenAI tools are on the scene. Why? It’s because all of that AI stuff has been managed by the "IT geeks and gurus" in the past. The rest of us have been living under the assumption that unless you work in software, technology, or research and development, the behind-the-scenes workings of AI are completely irrelevant to us or beyond our capabilities. But then - OpenAI’s ChatGPT was released to the world in November 2022. And suddenly, everyday people like us and our team members - with or without coding knowledge or a technology background - had access to an AI tool we could play around with.
