We spend an average of 100,000 hours at work ( based on a 40hr work week. That works out to a third of your life. Explains why healthy relationships are essential in the workplace, right? Employees want to work WITH leaders not FOR bosses. They want to BE valued and survey currently says… 57% of employees leave their place of employment is due to disengagement with their boss. Followed by lack of integrity, not aligned in values and lack of trust. Followed by a toxic company culture. Followed by low company retention. Compensation continues to remain further down the list. Be a leader - Build community in your company - align your values with your team. It really just about being a good human and attracting more good humans to work with.
