Ok, so we’re not in the Top 3 yet, but we’re working on it! We’re actually proud that we even made it into the Top 10 as we don’t chase the numbers, we just concentrate on selling a handful of houses at any one time and getting those deals through. Great marketing, maximum exposure, lots of conversations, a pro-active approach, honesty (yes really!) and a relationship based approach with our sellers and buyers. Never transactional only - we leave that to the High Streets. What a beautiful way to end a great day in Nashville. Thank you Philip Johnson and Adam B. Milam, GBA for giving me the opportunity to speak with the NABIP-TN members. The message today was clear. The advice you give your clients can change lives but you need to grab more attention. Grabbing attention is not selfish it’s selfless. The more attention you grab the more impact you can have. Attention starts with having the right marketing framework: 👉 WHO are you talking to. 👉 WHAT are you saying? 👉 WHERE are you saying it? When you target the RIGHT prospects you bring in the RIGHT clients. And when you give away the farm, you reap the harvest.
