Where has the time gone? It only seems like five minutes ago that I was building Lego, drinking egg nog by a roaring fire, and picking pine needles out of my socks. Then, wham, the good old British Summer is here 🌦 , and there's a significant gap in my social media posting. Yep, we've been busy at eatsleepthink developing creative solutions for our eclectic client list. So, it was great to read this fabulous post from Castle Owen Construction and Property Consultants Ltd about the new digital brochure we've built for them. It's an interactive PDF designed to be small enough to add as an email attachment and introduces their business, values, services and key people. It acts as a gateway communication piece. Through links in the copy and specific CTAs (calls to action) buttons, it guides the reader to specific key content on Castle Owen's extensive website, driving extended engagement with the brand. It's designed to funnel readers to core messages, promote engagement, build brand awareness and provoke action. My team and I look forward to hearing how the document performs as it rolls out. We’re excited to share the completion video of another successful cladding remediation project, managed by Archway Building Consultancy. This project reflects our ongoing dedication to improving building safety, compliance and aesthetics. We carefully considered key design details with the project team to ensure smooth progress from pre-construction planning, on-site project management through to final inspections. By working closely with stakeholders, contractor, and the residents, we delivered a plan to bring the building up to the latest safety standards, creating a safer and more resilient space for the occupiers. Project Highlights: ✅ Teamwork and Collaboration: We navigated the funding requirements and tackled challenging supply chain issues through effective communication and collaboration. ✅ Resident-Centric Approach: Clear communication procedures were put in place with the residents and phased handovers implemented to minimise disruption and ensured residents needs were prioritised. ✅ Fire-Safe Cladding Systems: Fire-rated materials used to replace the combustible cladding systems and balcony terraces, enhancing the building safety. We’re incredibly proud of this project and the positive impact it will have on residents and the community.
