Good news on nature being put at the heart of corporate governance! UK’s water companies will in future be required to place customers and the environment at the heart of their objectives and have that reflected in their Articles of Association. Kudos to the new Environment Secretary! The Articles of Association determine how an organisation is bound to act. It reflects a company’s intent and operating boundaries. Snowball’s Articles of Association include our mission to benefit the environment and society in the work that we do, as well as the ethos of how we operate. If you want to check whether impact organisations or public interest companies mean what they say, their Articles of Association is a good place to look.
