Powerful Insights, Warmly Delivered | Motivational Speaker | Former Corporate Leader | Executive Coach | Author of Lucky You
Calling all driven corporate professionals! If you have assumed that the primary reason limiting your rise to leadership roles is anything other than effective communication, I respectfully ask you to step back and reevaluate. This is to ensure you are investing your valuable time to address the right career advancement roadblock. 🌟 The one pattern I've noticed most often in those who rise in the ranks is their strategic approach to communication. 1. They know their audience 2. They use fewer words (less is more) 3. They come prepared. They anticipate questions. 4. They focus on building connections at work. 5. They consistently work on refining their influence game and address their weak links in communication. My book LUCKY YOU: An Insider's Guide to Achieving Success and Finding Fulfillment in the Corporate World addressed that topic. ➡ I would love it if you could add to the list above, care to share? #coach #motivationalspeaker #communication

If you’re a Chief of Staff trying to make an impact, I’ve got good news and bad news. Bad news first: ⚠️ That job description you got? It’s never going to spell out how you really add value or drive impact. It might list a bunch of tasks, but it won’t show you how to take things to the next level. Here’s the good news: ✅Forget about the perfect job description — that’s not what gets results. What matters is knowing and understanding strategy, spotting the gaps, and figuring out where you can step in and deliver real impact💥. Ready to take charge and make a bigger impact? Corporate Trainer | Soft Skills | Effective Communication, Negotiation Skills, Business Etiquettes, Rapport Building Techniques
“Great communicators are born, not made.” How many times have you looked at a person and thought: - “Oh she is naturally so confident and well spoken, I can never speak so well” 😞 - “He is so lucky that all his clients get convinced by his words, I wish I was that lucky” 😩 - “I wish I could write and give a speech like him, but I am not even good with words” 😟 Hold on! Let’s change that narrative! You are not the only one to think like that. 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐁𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐭, 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐧, 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧 - if one thing that’s common amongst all these successful personalities is that all of them were under confident and lacked communication abilities in their early years with Sir Branson (founder of the Virgin business group) and Barbara (real estate mogul and “Shark Tank” investor) being dyslexic too. However, with their grit and determination and for the responsibility they had towards their role in their career - they took up communication courses, worked on their skills and went on to become some of the most influential public speakers as well as successful leaders in their respective fields. Every great communicator that you see or admire at your workplace or in your social circle once lacked even the most basic communication skills. It is through constant upskilling and practise that they are who they are right now. Conclusion? People are not born as star communicators but are made - with the right guidance, right techniques and constant practice! 📩 For "PROFESSIONAL SOFT SKILLS AND CORPORATE TRAININGS" drop a 'Hi' or mail at learnwithmiloni@gmail.com #communicationskills #corporate #training #softskills #work #company #office #organization #people #culture #growth #realestate #building #housing #property #business #earn #sales #money #income #client #deal #offer #manager #employee #relations #linkedin #humanresource #hr #community #creator #success

Executive Life Coach: I help leaders Evolve their Performance + Happiness (PH+) It’s time to end the overwhelm, build executive presence and design a life you love. Let’s Go!
I was just coaching a client who wanted to have a stronger presence so her voice is heard, and she can continue to grow her career. We walked through a recent time when she presented to executives and broke down her thoughts before the meeting. - "I represent my business unit." - "I want to be the best." - "What if I don't have all the answers?" - "Will the top leader (who is intimidating) show up?" - "I hope I don't mess up." These are common pressures we put on ourselves. ❓ Do you think these match what experienced executives think before they walk in the room? ❓ What thoughts do you imagine that a cool, calm, collected exec says before a meeting? During June we are talking about executive communication. I'll break down some of my coaching tips for this client and others. We will break down how to communicate to executives, how to have conflict with executives, and how to evolve your executive communication. 🔔 Hit the bell on my profile to not miss a thing. ⏩ To a friend who wants to grow their career 📰 Join the Newsletter (link below) to read the deep dive articles and get invited to our Executive Communication Masterclass.
