Thanks to my latest podcast guest Abiel Ma. I loved learning from the stories of this dynamic father-son using biotech to improve food waste recycling in their start-up Vuala, whose innovative on-site system separates and recycles food waste for businesses including hotels and universities. Abiel's story raised new thoughts and questions for me about: Innovation - inventor + entrepreneur = success Finding purpose - in this case deeply inspired by seeing landfill in India Entrepreneurship - when can determination trump even a great team?
