Yesterday, Catalyst President & CEO Megan Thomas invited the Catalyst team into her beautiful home for our 2024 staff retreat. We spent the day exploring where Catalyst can grow—not just in the next year, but over the next decade. Our discussions weren't just about planning, they were about visioning and building our future. True to the Catalyst spirit, the day was a blend of meaningful conversations and fun. Along with our 'great debate' and visioning exercises, we enjoyed surprise chair massages, yoga led by our in-house expert Caroline, and even a lively game of Pictionary! We’re excited to put these plans into action and continue working toward a stronger, more connected border region.
