Exciting progress at Hayloft Cottages Big Creek in Alpharetta, Georgia! This 55+ build-to-rent community is taking shape with 113 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with expected completion in Q1 2025. During our recent tour, we were excited to see the latest addition: a “cool down” station with refreshing water misters for our hardworking subcontractors.
