-Qualyfiers get 24 days of technical and professional skills training over their placements (certifications, soft skills).
-We screen candidates with our unique IP that predicts success in consulting. We consider traits like determination, EQ and humility. 2:1 STEM degrees do not necessarily make a great consultant. We have only taken two people from bootcamps from thousands of applicants, because most of them do not make the grade for our expectations.
The ROI on our approach is off the charts when compared to any academy scheme or similar you currently have. It doesn't matter if you've built the academy and hired trainers: switching to the Qualyfi approach is still likely a better options because of the time to value.
