The 3Rs stands for: ➡️ 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 research methods to ensure animals experience as little discomfort as possible. ➡️ 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 the number of animals used in studies while still delivering accurate results. ➡️ 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 animals with alternative models when scientifically viable. 𝗔𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘄𝗲’𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵.
