Networking Pros: ✅ Access to Hidden Opportunities ✅ Personalized Support ✅ Increased Visibility ✅ Opportunities for Learning Networking Cons: ❌ Time-Consuming ❌ Uncertain Results ❌ Comfort Zone Challenges (For introverted individuals) Resume Building Pros: ✅ Showcase Skills and Experience ✅ Efficient Job Application Process ✅ Objective Presentation ✅ Tailored for Specific Opportunities Resume Building Cons: ❌ Limited Reach ❌ Competition ❌ Potential for Misrepresentation ❌ Dependent on ATS (Many companies use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to screen resumes, which can sometimes filter out qualified candidates based on specific keywords or formatting issues).
