We were lucky enough to have Jen Cort and Tiffany L. Bridgewater, Ed.D. lead a session today for our non-teaching professionals. They came up with an effective way to structure the conversation with icons on each slide for thinking about strategies for the self, for the role, and for the school! Currently in Module 4 of Government to Government leadership training offered by the Office of Native Education. The presenters and content selection are engaging and meaningful. It's evident that a lot of thought has been put into the program. S4S - The School 4 The Schools: An Effective Leadership in Challenging Times Project number: 2022-1-IT02-KA220-SCH-000089769 Project Duration: 01.11.2022 – 30.04.2025 (30 month duration) The aim of the project is to equip teachers with an educational leadership competence that will enable them to deal with as many sudden and critical situations as possible in the school environment.
