As a seasoned #nonprofit #ExecutiveDirector, I can honestly say that the hardest part of any of my ED jobs has been #boardrelations; the board can make or break the organization. I am lucky I currently work with a board that supports me and the rest of the staff as we work to fulfill our #mission. My best advice?
