Professor, Provost Emeritus, and Executive Director, Center for University Excellence at American University
I am very excited about teaching a new Master’s course on Ethical Issues in Public Policy at American University. In addition to readings and discussions, we will use case studies to explore the underlying administrative and policy issues that have ended in disasters – or the inverse, successes – and to learn from these events to achieve more effective management. Rather than a course on ethics per se, we will examine and think about the appropriate execution of responsibilities in the public sphere. Discover some examples in this short marketing video prepared by the School of Public Affairs, American University.
