All Personnel Reports. Otherwise known as Section D. in the RPPR for Progress Reports -- what a dream, or a nightmare. Depending on the size of your project, how many people were paid on it, and the number of changes you've had to make to effort during the year - not to mention how many subs need to report - you could either have a quick jaunt into APRs or you could spend an eternity pulling numbers and making sure everything ties in. But if you're new to the game, you may not know yet what your requirements are vis a vis RPPRs and All personnel reports. What are they? Why does the NIH ask for them?
