THE discussion at the moment and for the forseeable future in respect to future of recruitment, talent, people and workforce acquisition is all about one thing. The Gap Gap signals a distance, a void, an unfilled space. Right now we are in this gap, where on one side we have all the marvels and opportunities and solutions which HR Technology can offer, the faster, better, more accurate, more respectful, the more in line with the year in which we live, the ROI,..in short all that is possible, all the serious benefits that can be had, all that can be achieved provided adoption. On the other side we have all those able to and in reality in need of (for the sake of efficiency and effectiveness and not least saving money and getting ROI) all the products and solutions and benefits which can be found in these. In between we have the gap, and question is simply whether and when this gap going to be closed, when we will see the rate of adoption increase.
