With an impressive 38 years of industry expertise, Greg joined CB Civil's senior leadership team in 2020, bringing invaluable experience from his tenure at McConnell Dowell. Over the course of his career, Greg has valued learning from great senior leaders and fostering strong delivery teams on the ground committed to going above and beyond. Notably, Greg spearheaded the successful completion of the Rosedale AWTP Ocean Outfall project, a groundbreaking feat in New Zealand civil construction at the time. This endeavour encompassed the design and construction of a complex and cutting-edge outfall system, showcasing Greg's dedication to innovation, quality and his ability to drive excellence at every stage of a project. I recall asking Greg how the gravity fall worked in the Albany sewer plant. He set up a simple model in the kitchen sink to show me how it worked. It was simple and brilliant and has stayed with me. A great leader and a great teacher. Congratulations Greg.

Congratulations Greg. They’re good sentiments and I know you practice what you preach. Remember the frustrating lack of focus on site safety in the early days of SCIRT and how we turned that around to over 3million working hours without a single lost time injury and continued to some of the best safety practices in the industry?
