This afternoon, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mayor Brandon Johnson and leaders from the Chicago Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection to CanalPOP! We were grateful to show off the hard work that CBCAC put in to cultivating the space, and all the fantastic work our small business owners did to create such a beautiful storefront. This storefront was make possible by Mayor Johnson's Road to Recovery Plan and City of Chicago Business Affairs and Consumer Protection department! We want to thank Ivan J Capifali, MBA, Lotika Pai, Elisa S., and Mayor Brandon Johnson for stopping by and speaking to all of our staff and business owners!
