To ensure a smooth transition and minimize disruptions, it is recommended that the CBSA provide enhanced communication and training materials, increase availability of technical support, offer opportunities for testing with CARM R3, consider a phased rollout approach, and collaborate closely with industry associations to gather input and address concerns. Only then can we avoid knee jerk reactions.
