Last week, CCG Residential Construction proudly celebrated the topping out of Eagle Park Vistas and Villages located in Hanover, MD. This significant milestone marks major progress towards the completion of Eagle Park, which will feature two new affordable housing, 3-story wood-framed multi-family buildings and 4-story senior living building. Currently, in the Villages section, drywall installation is complete, and casework installation in the unit interiors has begun. The Community building's framing is finished, and interior MEP rough-in will commence soon. Meanwhile, in the Vistas, we have successfully installed roof trusses and roof sheathing, and are nearing completion of the exterior ZIP wall system and window installation.
