Wellness looks different for everyone! But it all starts with our VALUES. We need to approach well-being through a whole-person systems perspective to ensure it is holistic and honors the entire person and their ecosystem. Using the Eight Domains of Wellness Framework, you can map out what wellness means and how to maintain well-being across the most vital dimensions that make up our lives: Physical, Emotional, Social, Personal Values (Spiritual), Environmental, Financial, Intellectual, and Occupational. I truly believe wellness begins with personal values and what matters most to us. What brings us joy and fulfillment should be at the center of our lives, with everything else built around it. This will lead to the highest quality of life possible through natural and sustainable means. In life, we will experience ups and downs and many moments of great satisfaction.
