It’s easy to say that being worried or anxious or even having violent thoughts is useless. It's like telling someone who's crying that there's no point in crying. Observe without judging and above all without comparing one emotion to another and think of all these emotions that you have already been confronted with and which are no longer there! When you are in an emotionally complicated moment, do not feed this emotion by pouring out thoughts that go in its direction, especially when it comes to difficult or unpleasant emotions! Take a step back even if it's complicated when you're in a critical state, but tell yourself above all that it's an ephemeral situation like all the forms that life can take! Life is a continuous movement, just like emotion, and it is constantly renewed at every moment. Life springs from the void, is made and unmade in total freedom. Don't try to domesticate it, that would kill it. If you try to control your emotions you will sink so deep into them that you won't come out. Live and don't let emotions control you either, move forward on your own path no matter what. You will come across all the forms of life in which you can reflect yourself to recognize yourself there!
