Cedarhurst Senior Living Life Enrichment Retreat Recap! Last week, our team had an incredible time at the Life Enrichment Retreat, where we focused on enhancing the well-being of our residents through innovative and engaging activities. We were thrilled to have two amazing guest presenters: Eileen Wolfington, Laughter Yoga Facilitator, demonstrated the power of laughter to improve mental and physical health. Vanessa Woods, former dancer and owner and founder of Vitality in Motion, shared creative ways to integrate dance into our fitness programs, ensuring fun and effective workouts for all. The retreat was also a time to celebrate excellence within our community with special awards: 🏆 Dynamic Duo of the Year: Alexus Wily & Anna Melgar 🏆 Life Enrichment Coordinator (LEC) of the Year: Gloria Hudak 🏆 Life Enrichment Director (LED) of the Year: Yvonne Moore APC, CDP Congratulations to all the award recipients and a big thank you to our guest presenters for their inspiring sessions! 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐤 There are some community events where you can clean up a local beach, park, or related activities that are forest-helping Earth and make us feel good, too! 𝟒.
