After an incredible first month with Telrock Systems, I thought I would share some early insights… Appreciation for the Team: A big thank you to Dale Williams and the entire team for being so welcoming and easy to work with. Their unified vision and decades of experience in the Collection Technology industry have culminated in a modern, cloud-native product set that sets them apart. Product Impressions: I’ve always admired Optimus as a collection system and SmartConnect as an integration hub but spending more time with them and the team behind them, has genuinely impressed me even more. The dedication and expertise of the team is truly remarkable. Efficiency and Innovation: In my experience, lengthy implementations and ‘upgrades’ have always been pain points for clients. I love that the Telrock team has designed Optimus to be quickly developed and deployed, with pre-built elements that can be used (or not) and customised in a Low/No-Code manner. Performance and Scalability: Witnessing Optimus handle over 25 million accounts and thousands of users is a testament to the power of true cloud-native technology. It’s clear that this approach will continue to lead the industry. Focus on cloud expertise and information security: Beyond product innovation, the infrastructure management and information security teams are clearly experts in their fields. They have a dedicated focus on true native cloud technologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and other modern deployment techniques, as well as a dedicated Infosec team providing independently audit PCI DSS Level One and SOC2 Type2 security assurance.
