This duality, known as particle-wave duality, shows that light and other electromagnetic radiation display different properties based on experimental conditions. Building images photon-by-photon to increase the information content provided by microscopes

I'm thrilled to share our latest research paper titled "Scene Adaptive Color Compensation and Multi-Weight Fusion of Underwater Image" published in the Journal of Electronic Imaging. 🔍 Abstract: Capturing high-quality photos in underwater environments poses significant challenges due to light attenuation, color distortion, and reduced contrast. Our study introduces a novel image enhancement model that addresses these issues by extracting fine textural details and enhancing the overall quality of underwater imagery. Do you like your symmetry-broken domains thick or thin? Perovskite is a popular structure type for materials. It is also highly flexible, so each composition introduces its own preferences & peculiarities. Our new study on tilting domains in metal halide perovskites used in solar cells has been a multi-technique adventure combining diffuse scattering, inelastic scattering, optical microscopy, and of course machine learning force fields.
