This #blackhistorymonth, I would like to highlight Dame Linda Dobbs, a true champion of diversity and equality. Dame Linda's groundbreaking achievements in the legal field, including her historic appointment as the first non-white High Court Judge in the UK, underscore her unwavering commitment to justice, equity, and inclusion. In today's world, diversity isn't just a buzzword; it's a moral and strategic imperative. Dame Linda's work exemplifies why it's crucial - it's about recognising the strength in our differences and ensuring that everyone, regardless of their background, has a seat at the table. Black History Month serves as a poignant reminder of the rich and diverse contributions of the Black community throughout history. As we celebrate Dame Linda's legacy, let's also reflect on the broader importance of diversity and inclusion in our global society. It's not just a matter of fairness; it's a catalyst for innovation, growth, and social progress. It's about fostering a more inclusive, tolerant, and harmonious world for all. We should commit to advancing these values in our own spheres and be part of the change so we can create a world where diversity is not just celebrated during special months but is integrated into our everyday lives. #BlackHistoryMonth #Diversity #Equity #Inclusion #Justice

Yesterday marked the grand finale of the Wicked Problems, System Dynamics, and Entrepreneurial Innovation program—six weeks of intense brainstorming and creative problem-solving, all aimed at decarbonising the aviation industry. It was a wild ride, filled with late-night calls and endless cups of coffee, but it taught us that revolutionising an industry takes a village. I had the absolute pleasure of working with a fantastic team—shoutout to everyone for the laughs and the late-night hustle. A huge thanks to Germain HURTADO and the VINCI team for being such an amazing sponsor, opening their doors, and sharing their passion for leading the charge in sustainable aviation. Lastly, a big thank you to our professors Dr. Cristobal Garcia-Herrera and Steve Blank whose drive, passion, and enthusiasm transformed complex challenges into inspiring opportunities for learning and growth. Their infectious energy and deep commitment to the subject matter not only made difficult topics accessible but also sparked a profound motivation in me. Their approach didn't just teach us the mechanics of solving problems; it instilled a deep-seated belief in our capacity to innovate and lead change echoing the wisdom from The Four Steps to the Epiphany: Being a great entrepreneur means finding the path through the fog, confusion and myriad of choices. 🚀 *Adapt or Die: The Wicked Problem Facing Aviation – Is Hydrogen the Answer?* 🌍 comment below! We are a group of dedicated students from Imperial College Business School, researching the use of hydrogen in aviation under the guidance of Dr. Cristobal Garcia-Herrera and Steve Blank. As we explore this innovative and sustainable technology, we seek to connect and engage with industry stakeholders, experts, and researchers who share our passion. Hydrogen offers the promise of zero-emission flights, leveraging its high energy density and clean-burning properties. However, the path to hydrogen-powered aviation is filled with challenges, including infrastructure development, new aircraft designs, safety regulations and technology readiness. Your insights and guidance would be invaluable to our project. If you have experience or interest in hydrogen-powered aviation, we would greatly appreciate connecting with you. Let's collaborate to turn the vision of green aviation into reality! 🌱✈️ #HydrogenAviation #Sustainability #CleanEnergy #AviationInnovation #GreenAviation #ImperialCollege #WickedLabs #VinciGroup #EnergyFuturesLab Feel free to reach out to us! Nelson Mandela once said, "What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived. It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead." These powerful words truly came to life for me during my visit to the remarkable companies in Nairobi, Kenya where I witnessed firsthand the profound impact they are having on countless lives. This journey was nothing short of transformative. It opened my eyes to the incredible importance of embedding social and environmental causes at the heart of business, even in the most challenging markets. I saw how these companies, driven by their core values, are creating ripples of positive change that extend far beyond their immediate surroundings. The experience underscored the significance of having a mission and a purpose. It reminded me of how much of society lives in disadvantaged conditions and how businesses can be a force for good. This trip wasn't just about inspiration; it was about realising the potential for real, meaningful impact. Moreover, the trip allowed me to forge deep, lasting relationships bonding over our shared experiences and aspirations, strengthening our connections in ways that will last a lifetime. Being immersed in Africa's stunning natural beauty was a profound reminder of the Earth's greatest gifts, and the incredible food was a delightful highlight. Big kudos to Imperial College Business School for making these transformative trips an integral part of our MBA journey. They serve as a powerful reminder of our purpose and the potential we have to make a difference. Also thank you to Polymateria for their unwavering support of my continuous development and growth.
