I'm impressed to see and feel how engaged the network around Healthtech has become with a strong dedication to bringing together investors interested in making the Healthtech ecosystem even stronger in Denmark. It's not an easy task, because: - Requirements and regulations continue to be more in favor of big corporates and are both time-consuming and expensive for startups - The local public healthcare system is unwilling to buy next-generation services from startups, even though the business cases are way stronger. I assume it must be the old saying from telco, "you won't be fired from buying Cisco". That all changes the risk/reward factor quite a bit, and makes it more difficult for many people to invest in.
