**Write it down!** When was the last time you wrote down a goal? Not on your smartphone, laptop, or any other electronic device, but with a pen and paper? Consider the tense—are you writing in the future tense, or are you using the present tense as if you've already achieved it? I've been studying Bob Proctor and listening to "Change Your Paradigm, Change Your Life" while working on my personal growth. My first goal is simple: every morning with my coffee, I write down what I want and how I plan to get there. This practice helps clarify my purpose. What will you do today to clarify your purpose?

“The single most powerful thing you can do in a relationship, whether it’s personal or professional, is to give someone 100% of your attention." - Brad Jacobs 😯 54% Tech-savvy teens admit to allowing social media to divert their attention from in-person interactions. 🙄 28% of teens say their parents are “addicted” to their mobile devices, and 21% wish their parents would spend less time glued to their phones or other devices. (https://lnkd.in/gqXYTdg4) I heard it once said from a friend, "We confuse being in Proximity to being Proximate." Here are a few conscious things I do with devices when around others, especially family: 1) Phones face down wherever they are. 2) Phones out of sight, not on tables when eating, no texting while eating together. 3) When children or spouse is speaking with me, phone goes down and they are given complete attention. Here is a nugget of wisdom IF SOMEONE IS TEXTING YOU THEN IT IS NOT URGENT. Make it old school, if it is urgent then they should call. 4) When in ANY meeting my phone is on my seat, not on the table. 5) Phone stays on Vibrate ALL the time. 6) ALL notifications are turned off apart from texting and calling.

Are you worried about your screen time usage? This phrase refers to the amount of time one spends in front of a digital screen — your phone, laptop, tablet, etc. It might do you good to compare your average time with that of the world: globally, people now spend 6 hours and 58 minutes in front of a screen. It differs from region to region and according to age groups. Younger generations spend much more time in front of screens. Indians spend 7 hours and 18 minutes on average using their screens.

I Almost Threw My Laptop Out the Window 😐 Dealing with tech issues can be a real headache, especially when it comes to gadgets we rely on daily. A few months back my laptop decided to give me a hard time - freezing, quick battery drain, and a keyboard that felt like sandpaper. 😕 After hours on the phone with tech support, I was at my wit's end. Sometimes, even the coolest gadgets can turn into a nightmare. It took a trip to the repair shop to uncover that it was a hardware issue. That experience taught me that even the coolest gadgets can be a pain. And sometimes, you just need to accept defeat and call in the experts. What's your biggest tech headache? I am better than AI on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) problem solving - because I can use AI's and filter output from there.
Selfies 🤳... why I see more and more selfies posted mirrored? Doesn't people recognize like the text in the background is not right? Why phone does save image as it sees? Doesn't people know how to mirror it back to normal? I am Android user, not sure if this is just Apple🍏 thing? I understand you watch your phone while shooting, and you like it to be mirrored, just like you would hold a pocket mirror on your hand. But why camera picture is still kept mirrored as camera does not see it mirrored? You can test it... Go to selfie picture with your friend. Ask your friend to show right thumb with your faces seen on phone screen. And take a picture. Then keep your friend as he/she was, keep same thumb up. And this time you take picture with "main" camera from your friend and thumb. Then compare these pictures... are the images same (except you're missing on it)? Which thumb your friend is holding up?
