Despite 17 new approvals for CGTs across Europe and the US between 2022-23, the environment for commercializing these incredible therapies remains challenging for manufacturers to navigate. The development of innovative payment models, regulatory frameworks, and scalable manufacturing processes to overcome these hurdles requires a collaborative effort from across the industry, to ensure that scientific advancements benefit the patients that need them most.
