Meet Tuva Johnsson who recently finished her summer job at CellMark’s HQ in Gothenburg. Tuva studies Logistics at the University of Gothenburg. 🌳 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸? – I served as a Sales Service Coordinator at the CellMark Packaging & Paper Division, where I had the opportunity to support the Sales Service Representatives with document management, including handling invoices, legal documents, and order processing. It was a highly varied role that required me to adapt my approach depending on the type of customer. I quickly learned that effective communication with my colleagues was key. 🌳 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸? – Great! Everyone is so friendly. My impression is that the organization feels open and works as a flat organization with not much hierarchy. As a summer temp, I felt seen and on the same level as my colleagues. In the lunchroom, everyone talks to each other and are like friends, no matter their position, and I genuinely felt they were interested in getting to know me. CellMark also has a strong platform where values, visions, and goals are fundamental, and I have learned that these are things I hold very important for my future career. 🌳 𝗪𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲? – Definitely! Actually, I have already recommended CellMark to some of my friends. During my summer job, I was not only motivated to strive forward in my work, but it also strengthened my determination to grow professionally – and I had a lot of fun along the way!
