🔬 Exosomes and Immune Cell Exhaustion 🔬 Emerging research suggests exosomes might transfer exhaustion features from exhausted to non-exhausted cells, an insight that could reshape immune resilience in cancer therapy. However, challenges remain: Isolating exosomes with high purity is complex and impacts scalability, so advanced separation technologies like microfluidic devices may improve isolation efficiency for industrial applications. In addition, ensuring the functional consistency of exosomes in therapy remains difficult.
