Helix Resources Ltd (ASX:HLX) has wrapped up downhole electromagnetic (DHEM) geophysics on two scout drill holes at the Canbelego Copper Project in central New South Wales (NSW), in which the company has a 70% stake in a joint venture with Aeris Resources Ltd (ASX:AIS, OTC:ARSRF). The JV is on the trail of a pole-dipole induced polarisation (IP) anomaly. While it has encountered a copper mineralised structure in both holes, drilling did not reach significant massive sulphides within 100 to 200 metres of the drill holes. Results suggest that any potential massive sulphide copper lodes are likely deeper than 400 metres vertically. Helix and Aeris are now employing geophysical techniques, complemented by drilling, to explore for copper systems similar to Cobar-style CSA, which host multiple copper lodes extending over more than two kilometres in depth. Helix Resources Limited (ASX:HLX) is on the trail of copper in the Cobar-Nyngan region of NSW with drilling of an anomaly at the Canbelego Copper Project, which it shares in a 70%-30% joint venture with Aeris Resources Ltd (ASX:AIS, OTC:ARSRF). The campaign, consisting of two scout drill holes, was designed to explore a 625-metre-long undrilled induced polarisation (IP) geophysics anomaly west of the existing Canbelego copper resource, believed to be prospective for additional Cobar-style parallel copper lodes. This drilling intersected a wide fault zone, up to 20 metres in downhole width, which featured intense chlorite alteration and sulphides, including pyrite and chalcopyrite, at around 250 metres below the surface. ASX Announcement: Exploration Advancement. TechGen’s Managing Director, Ashley Hood, commented: “The Company is exceptionally fortunate to be in a position with multiple surveys and programs running concurrently across several projects, each demonstrating strong prospectivity for copper, gold and antimony. With airborne EM surveys re-commencing over the weekend in the Kimberley, the completion of sampling and mapping at the Ashburton copper, antimony and gold potential projects (Station Creek & Mt Boggola), and the expected arrival of IP crews at Station Creek and gravity crews at Blue Devil in the coming weeks, the Company anticipates a steady flow of news leading up to the holiday season. We have been compiling extensive data across geology, geochemistry and geophysics, a combination specifically designed to generate tier-one drill targets. The three G’s - geology, geochemistry and geophysics – form the 3G approach, while drilling aims to deliver the elusive fourth G, - Good luck. The concept of a first mover advantage in well-known mineralised regions is increasingly rare. TechGen is uniquely positioned to test projects with Australia’s most advanced technology, the TargetEM 12.5 Hz system, in proximity of T1 deposits that have yet to undergo EM and gravity testing – methods ideally suited for targeting highly economic mineral systems. As the first in Australia to deploy the TargetEM 12.5Hz AEM system, the Company is also positioned to manage and claim R & D rebates post July 31, 2025. The Company plans to apply these rebates to in-ground drilling expenditure.” Maja McGuire Andrew Jones #antimony #gold #copper #silver #Exploration #MiningStocks #Mining #stockmarket #ASX #TG1

Extended drilling at the #HalleckCreekProject of American Rare Earths Limited (ASX:ARR, OTCQB:ARRNF) is now complete and geophysical logging and detailed geological analysis of the drill cuttings are underway. ARR conducted reverse circulation (RC) drilling on five additional holes totalling 837 metres (2,746 feet) focused on the western section of the Cowboy State Mine (CSM) deposit in an area previously identified as having higher-grade rare earth mineralisation. The 2024 drilling program extension focused on high-potential zones in the western part of the deposit, especially near Red Mountain, where higher grades were confirmed. Completion of these additional holes provides important data for ongoing resource model updates and the project's long-term development. The company has sent samples to ALS Global for formal assay, with results expected shortly. More at #Proactive #ProactiveInvestors #ASX #rareearths #ASXsmallcaps http://ow.ly/RyEU105M7sy
