The event will be held at the Butler City Farm Market (209 South Chestnut Street Butler, PA 16001) from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Early Intervention = Early Success! CCR’s Early Intervention services can help children aged birth to three years who have developmental delays. Our Early Intervention staff help children and their families address developmental delays by identifying the needs of the child and the resources available in the community to address those needs.
