In the context of architecture, territory and urbanism, everything is possible through visualization and the application of some basic concepts:
🕰 Time: Understand how spaces evolve, age, and transform, and how historical context influences design.
🚀 Space: Define spaces to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meaningful experiences for users, acknowledging the subjectivity and persuasiveness of spatial design.
🌇 Reality: Acknowledge the practical constraints and possibilities that shape architectural and urban design.
🌱 Utopia: Embrace idealized visions of built environments that promote social harmony, well-being, and sustainability.
🔗 Relativity: Emphasize the interconnectedness and context-dependent nature of structures and spaces.
📐 Dimensions: Align all concepts and materialize ideas into reality by considering physical, social, temporal, and experiential aspects.
Those concepts provide a framework for understanding and designing built environments, highlighting the importance of considering change, context, and multiple perspectives in this "pure consciousness network".
Amazing collaboration Mr. Donner!

The features and language of the new building seek to reflect on the character of a “new urbanity” increasingly oriented to nature and the environment: its shapes and materials—the serrated profile of the crown and the use of exposed #brick and glass—are an interpretation of both the industrial origin of the area and the existing architectures of the campus.
Dear all I am delighted to share with you my dissertation presentation, which centers on the urban planning of Mauritius. It examines the legacy of colonization, the contemporary pressures of globalization, and their impact on heritage site preservation. The presentation explores the application of integrated planning to tackle diverse challenges. My research specifically focuses on the Aapravasi Ghat and its Buffer Zone, spanning 2.25 km2 in Port-Louis.

European colonialism has significantly impacted African #architecture, leading to the disappearance of #traditional architecture and the adoption of urban designs. This research aims to challenge the idea that African #traditional architecture could have stood on its own without European influence.
