In Austria, working in the latter part of pregnancy (2 months, I believe) is illegal because of the stress it can cause on mother and hence, about to be born, baby. The USA really needs to catch up with other developed countries in this area. It's really hard to fathom how behind the research it is in some things...

I agree, timing is crucial in early childhood development. It's not just about the actions we take, but also about when we intervene. Early support during key developmental stages can significantly impact a child's growth. Understanding when a child needs support ensures our efforts are effective and responsive to their unique needs.
