Impact-Driven Fundraising Leader | Director of Individual Giving at Latino Policy Forum | President of AFP Chicago | Championing Diversity in Fundraising and Philanthropy
🤯 Today on CCS Fundraising's Philanthropy and Economic Outlook webinar, Sarah Krasin says, "More people give to nonprofits than go to the ballot box and select who represents them." The panel then discussed how, despite some individuals feeling powerless over election outcomes, they can choose the type of impact they wish to make in their communities through #philanthropy. However, it's crucial to remember that while philanthropy allows us to contribute to immediate needs and long-term goals, the power of voting shapes policies and leadership that govern the very framework within which these philanthropic efforts operate. Please vote.
